The PositionRoche está en búsqueda del INDIRECT CHANNEL & RETAIL MANAGERen Ecuador o Perú quien se encarga de liderar el posicionamiento de Roche en el mercado Ecuatoriano y Peruano como líder del mercado en soluciones de diagnóstico para todas nuestras líneas de negocio a través de la venta indirecta mediante nuestros "business partners"; y en el mercado de Retail proteger y mantener nuestro posicionamiento en soluciones para pacientes con Diabetes. Trabajar en colaboración directa con un equipo multidisciplinario, identificando oportunidades de negocio para desarrollar proyectos alineados con los objetivos de ventas y rentabilidad de la compañía. Adicionalmente, realizar acciones que fortalezcan las relaciones comerciales estratégicascon nuestros clientes al mejorar su experiencia con Roche y que permitan la penetración de nuevas líneas en los segmentos de mercado relevantes, así como impulsar nuevos modelos de negocio en coordinación con los equipos de Estrategia y de LATAM Business Development, creando valor para los pacientes, sus familias y el sistema de salud.
Las principales responsabilidades:
Trabajar coordinadamente dentro de un marco de interacción matricial, con comunicaciones oportunas y eficientes para lograr labor armónica con nuestros "business partners" y con el equipo nacional de Retail (Diabetes Care) para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas y rentabilidad.
Construir excelentes relaciones con tomadores de decisiones en los Ecosistemas de Salud de Perú y Ecuador así como también con líderes de opinión (KOL) de dichos países.
Definir en equipo interdependiente el implementar modelos de negocio y estrategias generales de alto impacto, encaminadas a generar:
Posicionamiento de marca según las prioridades de negocio de la compañía.
Fortalecimiento de nuevos modelos de negocio para clientes definidos como foco (incluyendo nuestros "business partners").
Crecimiento en ventas asociadas a la gestión de desarrollo de negocio.
Aumento en la rentabilidad de cuentas actuales y nuevos negocios.
Mejoramiento del flujo de caja corporativo (DSO).
Reducción de costos internos y en cliente.
Desarrollo de alianzas estratégicas y con proyección sostenible entre clientes y Roche.
Analizar las proyecciones de ventas periódicas por cliente y línea de productos de los ejecutivos de cuenta a cargo.
Utilizar y promover el uso de las herramientas digitales provistas por Roche para generar análisis, planes y acciones.
Establecer y gestionar presupuestos, controlar los gastos y asegurar la utilización eficiente de los recursos de la región a cargo.
Tu perfil:
Conocimientos:
Profesional en el área de la salud, Administración de Empresas o afín. Deseable Especialización en Ventas y/o Mercadeo y/o MBA
Manejo del idioma inglés
Habilidad conceptos financieros y EXCEL intermedio.
Calificaciones:
Experiencia de 3+ años liderando equipos comerciales.
Experiencia de 5+ años en áreas de ventas y/o mercadeo del sector salud, diagnóstico o diabetes
Experiencia:
En las áreas comerciales en la línea de Diagnóstico y/o Diabetes Care
Estrategia y manejo de cuentas claves
Relacionamiento con stakeholders de salud relacionados a estos mercados
Liderazgo de equipos comerciales
Mindset y habilidades:
Pensamiento estratégico y visionario del mercado de salud.
Hábil en negociación y toma de decisiones.
Fomentar el trabajo colaborativo (integrador, facilitador).
Influencia en gestión del cambio.
Liderazgo directo y desarrollo personal.
