On-Site Technical Support L1

**Responsabilidades y atribuciones**
- Soporte a todo el parque de PC’s y periféricos
- Soporte MAC (instalación y desinstalación de SW, formateo y configuración de SO, etc)
- Getión de Correo
- Registrar todas las solicitudes de los usuarios, brindando soporte y velando por la resolución en primera instancia via remota o telefonica
- usar las herramientas de conocimiento de control remoto, gestión de tickets e instalación de software
- asegurra el funcionamiento de hardware y software
- cumplir con los requisitos de seguridad de la información
- respectar los procedimientos establecidos por el cliente.
- Resolver los incidentes de hardware y software in situ
- Soporte a incidentes referentes a Software base
- Preparación, instalación, configuración y cambio de equipos de cómputo
- Clonación de equipos, backup de la información del usuario
- Personalización del equipo y restore de la información
- Preparación de equipos para ser entregados al proveedor y usuarios
- Atenciones de primera línea a impresoras
- Mantener actualizado el inventario de Hardware
- Preparación de reportes e informes de gestión según alcance
- Traslado y movimientos de equipos entre sedes del cliente (conducción de vehículo, asignado por la empresa)
- Registro manual y control de movimientos de equipos - guías

**Requisitos y calificaciones**
- Profesional con estudios técnicos concluidos en sistemas, informática, industrial, logística o similares.
- Conocimientos en ITIL Foundation (obligatorio)
- Conocimiento en metodologías ágiles (deseable no obligatorio)
- Experiência en el manejo operativo de activos, inventarios o almacenes (Deseable)
- 2 años o más de experiência profesional.
- Conocimiento técnico en HW
- Conocimiento de herramientas de gestión de TKTS
- Conocimiento en Windows10
