- Principales responsabilidades_
- Optimización de las operaciones de atención al cliente: Asegurar que los procesos de atención sean eficientes, efectivos y que se alineen con los objetivos estratégicos de la empresa.
- Análisis de datos e inteligencia: Recopilar y analizar datos operativos y de comportamiento del cliente para identificar áreas de mejora, tendencias, y oportunidades de crecimiento o eficiencia.
- Automatización e innovación tecnológica: Implementar y supervisar el uso de tecnología (como IA, análisis de datos, automatización de procesos) para mejorar las operaciones y reducir costos sin comprometer la calidad del servicio.
- Creación y vigilancia proactiva del presupuesto Opex y Capex del área.
- Gestión de KPI y desempeño: Definir, monitorear y optimizar los indicadores clave de rendimiento (KPIs) relacionados con la satisfacción del cliente, el tiempo de respuesta, la eficiencia operativa, etc.
- Requisitos:_
- Universidad completa en: Ingeniería de sistemas informático, Ingeniería industrial o carreas afines.
- MBA (deseable)
- Experiência previa en la gestión de operaciones de atención al cliente, call centers o áreas de soporte al cliente.
- Fuerte habilidad en análisis de datos, con experiência en interpretar grandes volúmenes de datos y transformarlos en estrategias accionables.
- Experiência con tecnologías de automatización, como IA y chatbots, RPA o herramientas de autoservicio para mejorar la eficiencia operativa.
- Manejo de Presupuestos
- Habilidades Técnicas_
- Alta habilidad para analizar datos.
- Dominio de avanzado de Excel.
- Conocimientos financieros básicos.
- Manejo de Proyectos
- Conocimientos básicos de desarrollo de sistemas
