**Customer Service Coordinator**

Coordinar equipo, procesos, proyectos del área de servicio al cliente con el objetivo de cumplir con los estándares de calidad, níveles de servicio a clientes externos e internos de los mercados de Chile, Ecuador y Peru (LSP) del canal trade.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Gestionar y monitorear pedidos de distribuidores, cadenas de farmacias, clínicas, centros de vacunación, muestras médicas en el sistema SAP de los mercados de LSP, asegurando la correcta digitación de los productos, cantidades, fechas de entrega, lotes, clientes.
- Gestión de servicio al cliente externo e interno (atención telefónica, recolección de información, manejo de consultas, sugerencias, reclamos). Coordinación, seguimiento de creación de notas de crédito financieras (rebates, diferencias de precio)
- Coordinación de actividades con áreas funcionales (Commercial, warehouse and distribution, Supply, Finance) que permitan entregar una mejor experiência al cliente.
- Gestión de controles externos, revisiones y auditorias del proceso de customer service.
- Gestión de proyectos relacionados al área de Customer service de los mercados de LSP.
- Coordinación, seguimiento a gestión de devoluciones.
- Supervisión y seguimiento de creación de notas de crédito financieras (rebates, diferencias de precio)
- Diseñar y monitorear indicadores de servicio, plazos de entrega, reclamos, devoluciones y demás reportes del área de Customer service.
- Gestión de controles internos, externos, revisiones y auditorias del proceso de customer service.
- Identificar e implementar soluciones del módulo de sales and distribution del sistema SAP para los 3 mercados de LSP

- Profesional Universitario con estudios en Ingeniería Industrial, Comercial, logística o afines
- Experiência en la industria mínimo 3- 5 años en cargos similares
- Manejo de paquete office avanzado
- Manejo de Ingles avanzado
- Uso y manejo de SAP SD (sales and distribution).
- Uso de Power BI
