Sales Operations Specialist, Team Lead

**Position Overview**:
As an integral part of Questel’s Sales Operations Team, this role will work closely with the Sales Operations Manager and other key stakeholders to provide the sales team with the necessary resources to help maximize productivity and increase sales. This role will also coordinate business change management, value realization, and successful execution and adoption of key projects across the organization.
**Principal Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage the workload of the global Sales Operations Specialist team
- Regularly communicate project status and pipeline with stakeholders and Sales Operations Manager, including key accomplishments, next steps, and issues/risks/items for management attention
- Provide training and support for all sales tools, including but not limited to: Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Patent Pilot, and more
- Budget for, negotiate, and document Sales Tools contracts; allocate and track sales tools licenses
- Preside over the Sales Operations case queue as the first point of contact/triage for all incoming support requests
- Synchronize data between Salesforce CRM and internal ERP Systems
- Provide support for sales, marketing & BDR projects such as data research & cleansing, and record consolidation
- Complete small Salesforce tasks such as data imports, duplicate identification, and user/record creation
- Work with the Sales Operations data analyst to identify incomplete data sources
- Manage recurring data cleanliness and lead generation projects and deliver clean output to sales managers
- Document process changes in Sales Knowledge Base
- Work on special projects and other duties as assigned by management

**Education and Experience**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or in a related field. Or any combination of education, experience and training which provides the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- 3-5 years in a similar position or with similar requirements in a company of comparable complexity or multinational environment
- Fluency in English required; French and other languages preferred
- Demonstrated communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to write, speak and present effectively and persuasively at all levels
- Experience with SalesForce or similar CRM preferred, though not required
- Comfortable using new IT software, and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Ability to manage multiple high priority demands simultaneously
- Strong desire to execute and identify new ways to push Questel’s business forward
- Enjoy developing new ideas and creative solutions
- Possess a cooperative style to positively influence outcomes
- Excellent organizational skills, adheres to deadlines, and is detail-oriented
- Flexible and adaptable - able to achieve success in situations with high degrees of variation and complexity
- Exceptional project and system management skills
- Proven track record of process improvement and complex systems implementation
