**Objetivo de la posición**
Desarrollar el Route-To-Market hacia la forma más eficaz y eficiente para lograr una ventaja competitiva sostenida, tanto desde el punto de vista estratégico como operativo.
**Un día en la vida de..**
- Análisis de información de los Kpis de la zonas y territorios a nível nacional.
- Liderar los check point con comercial sobre KPI´s (Cartera, Cobertura, #Pedidos, Ticket, Drop, Indice de rotación) de gestión en las zonas core del País.
- Gestión y administración del presupuesto de planes de ruta a nível nacional.
- Coordinar internamente con otras áreas en busca de oportunidades de mejora y optimización de procesos. (Mkt, CDT, RTM)
- Asegurar la adherencia a los planes de RTM en los procesos (WOR y MOR) tomando acciones y entregando lineamientos según gestión.
- Gestiona lineamientos de RTM hacia los distribuidores (Costo de servir, cartera, #vendedores, #Pdv
- Lidera la gestión con los proveedores de RTM en búsqueda constante de oportunidades de crecimiento.
**Lo que te hará exitoso**
- Mínimo 2 años de experiência en ventas.
- Experiência en proyectos, análisis de kpis, análisis de mercado y/o afines.
- Ideal experiência en manejo de distribuidoras, fuerza de ventas, análisis de rutas, visibilidad en el punto de venta.
- Estudios universitarios en carreras de Administración o afines.
- Manejo de Excel - nível avanzado
- Manejo de Microsoft Project
- Manejo de Power BI
