As an Account Manager, you will be instrumental in achieving this mission by ensuring our customers' success and driving revenue and profitability for both our businesses.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their unique needs and delivering exceptional service and seamless customer experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, presenting relevant offers and addressing specific customer requirements.
- Provide regular feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation within our organization.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, establishing deep connections and trust through effective communication and relationship-building.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or similar roles, preferably in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them simply to non-technical audiences.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, with the capacity to establish deep connections and trust with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
