The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, identifying customer needs, and overseeing service delivery. They will also manage budgets, achieve client goals, and provide critical support for team development and well-being.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Accountable for teams ongoing deliveries (ensure the team has all the resources they need to deliver high quality).
- Building and maintaining positive and great relationships with customers and improve customer satisfaction.
- Identifying customer needs and overseeing service delivery.
- Managing budgets for each team.
- Achieve the goals set by the client, aligning the team with established goals and requirements.
- Critical support in the people's development and well-being focus in each team (team morale, career progress, workload, etc)
- Managing conflict and identifying team improvements, delivering feedback and establishing action plans.
- Receiving and solving client's concerns and inquiries, asking for feedback and developing action plans.
- Ensuring effective communication between the parts (different teams, Applaudo areas, client).
- Identifying, communicating and helping to get new business opportunities.
- Managing expectations and raising the hand when expectations are out of our capacity.
