Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic Business Efficiency Manager to drive growth and optimize our locksmith business. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for streamlining dispatch processes, improving operational efficiency, and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process Improvement:
    Analyze workflows to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions to streamline operations.
  2. Performance Enhancement:
    Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure dispatch and overall operations meet high standards.
  3. Financial Management:
    Oversee budgets and forecasts to ensure the profitability of our locksmith business.
  4. Team Leadership:
    Foster a high-performing dispatch team through effective guidance and development.
  5. Client Relationship Building:
    Strengthen relationships with high-level clients and attract new business opportunities.
  6. Strategic Planning:
    Collaborate on growth strategies and improvements in dispatch operations to drive business success.

Additional Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as a backup dispatcher as needed and respond to calls in a timely manner.
  2. Implement measures to reduce job cancellations and increase overall job completion rates.
  3. Ensure prompt follow-ups for missed calls, callbacks, and other communication.
  4. Prepare weekly cancellation and performance reports upon request.
  5. Oversee payroll and related activities.
  6. Deliver exceptional customer service.
  7. Review and maintain standard operating procedures.
