**Roles and Responsibilities**:
**Listings & Applications**
- Set up listings in SkySlope and update checklists in Airtable.
- Once complete, compile applicant info into a PDF and upload to Google Drive.
**Onboarding & Lease Management**
- Oversee tenant and client onboarding, ensuring smooth setup in Buildium.Draft, review, and send lease agreements or addendums for digital signature.
- Upload signed documents to SkySlope and update lease terms and rent in Airtable and Buildium.
**Maintenance Coordination**
- Manage maintenance requests and schedule vendors, referencing owner preferences when applicable.
- Coordinate tenant availability and log repair deductions in Buildium with supporting invoices in Google Drive.
**Reporting & General Support**
- Send quarterly P&L reports and annual summaries to owners (Dec 15-Jan 1).
- Schedule property showings and keep communication clear with tenants, clients, and vendors.
- Maintain organized records in Buildium and Google Workspace, and assist with general admin tasks.
**Skills**
- Proficient in property management tools like Buildium, SkySlope, Airtable, and Google Workspace.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to communicate professionally with tenants, clients, and vendors.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and platforms simultaneously.
- Proactive and solution-oriented approach to handling maintenance requests, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and record-keeping habits.
- Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively with team members.
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role or related field.
- Prior experience in property management is preferred, but not required.
- Advanced English (written and spoken) required.
- High-speed wired internet connection (200 mbps min.)
- Windows 10/11 or Mac (4 GB RAM, Intel i5 or similar)
**Physical Setting**:Remote
**Schedule**: Monday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST.
Pay: S/.3,290.00 - S/.4,030.00 per month
