You’ll be responsible for:

- Onsite IT support. Answering questions regarding computers and systems. Providing guidance and advise.
- Troubleshooting any computer or IT related issues when they arise. Changing configurations, settings, permissions and fixing hardware issues.
- Coordinating via phone calls with the Mace ICT Service Desk, ensuring all requests are resolved promptly and with high-quality results.
- Updating affected users on the status of their service requests, updating tickets as needed and escalating issues when required.
- Assisting with office moves and facilities management, including desks set ups, installation of IT equipment and networks configuration.
- Requesting software and hardware for the programmes or on behalf of someone else.
- Setting up of new laptops and smartphones for new starters or when replacements are needed.
- Keeping the IT Asset Register in good shape, updating and tracking assets during the onboarding process, stay in the project, and offboarding process of all staff.
- Maintenance of IT assets and prevention of IT office hazards.
- IT Support Request inbox management. Prioritising and delegating tasks to the right teams or individuals when required.
- SharePoint management. Adding, inviting, and removing users from our managed sites (PortARCC, Mace Peru, Markham, etc.)
- SharePoint issues management, assisting with accesses, passwords, missing files, etc.
- SharePoint development and maintenance. Providing updates and improvements to our sites. Researching, designing and deploying new solutions to problems affecting end-users.
- Information Management, creating structures according to the needs, granting, or removing permissions at the right levels, confirming approvals to special folders when required.
- Detecting potential cybersecurity threats, reporting them, and taking appropriate action according to the Mace policies.

You’ll need to have:

- Understanding of SharePoint management and Cloud Solutions.
- Knowledge of remote desktop technology and virtual desktop environments.
- Knowledge of video conference systems such as MS Teams and Zoom.
- Basic knowledge of hardware repairs.

You’ll also have:

- Power Apps and Power Automate development.
- Technical background in IT related careers.
- SharePoint development.
- Knowledge of coding languages.
- Basic knowledge of construction software such as Autocad, Revizto, P6 and RiskHive.

We are also open to discussing part-time, flexible, and hybrid working options if suitable within the role.
