As an IT Support Engineer at Palmiq, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our internal systems and client environments. You’ll support users, monitor system performance, and implement secure, efficient IT solutions across hardware, software, and networks. You will also contribute to our goal of delivering reliable technology services and support.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide Level 1 and 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across Windows and Microsoft environments.
- Monitor system performance, backups, and endpoint security to ensure compliance and stability.
- Support the setup of new hardware, software installations, and system configurations.
- Manage user accounts and permissions in Microsoft 365 and other cloud services.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Maintain inventory of hardware, licenses, and IT assets.
- Assist with IT procurement processes and license renewals.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with end-users and vendors.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in IT support, systems administration, or helpdesk roles.
- Solid knowledge of **Windows OS**, **Microsoft Office 365**, and **network troubleshooting**.
- Familiarity with security tools, backup software, and remote desktop support.
- IT Certifications are a plus**:CompTIA A+, Microsoft Fundamentals, ITIL, etc.**:

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Intermediate to advanced **English proficiency** (written and verbal).
