Staff Boom is an outsourcing company located in Anaheim, California, and that have subsidiaries in The Philippines and Peru. Staff boom specializes on customs solutions of personnel and consultancy for small and medium companies mostly in the insurance industry. We offer outsourcing services in out remote subsidiaries, which includes Insurance Back Office, Finance/Accounting, Customer Services, Clients developing, Data Entry, IT, Marketing, Legal Support services, among others.

We are looking for an advance **IT** **English-speaking Support Technician** to fill the position at the company.

This job position must help internal customers to solve any issues with all the tools needed to perform their duties. He or she must have a technical background on hardware, software, LAN/WAN troubleshooting experience.

This job involves different shifts and incorporates customer services in call center environment. The salary range is based on experience and English skills

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Highly proficiency in Windows support and troubleshooting,
- IP networking fundamentals and troubleshooting,
- LAN/WAN troubleshooting,
- MS Office/Office 365 support and troubleshooting,
- Desktop/Laptop hardware and software troubleshooting,
- MS Active Directory/Domain Basics
- MS Windows Server basics
- MS Exchange/Office 365 administration basics
- Any other activity as support needed and that is connected to the job position and department.

**Requirements**:

- English: fluent / advance level; to have a fluid English conversation.
- Good multitasking skills.
- Customers oriented
- Able to solve problems.
- Able to speak while writing on the computer
- Advance informatic skills; Desktop/Laptop/Peripheral and Application Support
- Excellent documentation, reporting, and planning skills.
**Job’s Conditions**:

- Type: In the office, at Manuel Olguin in Santiago de Surco
- Fulltime
- Career line
- Biweekly payment
- Salary range: 1400 soles
- The schedule is from Monday to Friday.

Pay: S/.1,300.00 - S/.1,500.00 per month
