**Contaremos contigo para**:
Consultas, coordinaciones con aseguradoras y clínicas, cobranzas, siniestros y registro de Información. Gestión de altas y bajas en el sistema y ante la aseguradora Emisión, registro y despacho de constancias y declaraciones de RRLL (Autogestión y Registro SGS), Revisión, registro y despacho de endosos de RRSS, seguimiento a las Notas de Débito y crédito. Regularización de documentos de la bolsa. Comunicación directa con el cliente para envío de documentos o notificación de errores u omisiones, Ingreso de los Follow UP de todas las transacciones y/o gestiones realizadas en el día, Seguimiento al cliente para su declaración, y gratificaciones (según aplique).Al encontrar errores sea con el cliente o la aseguradora, se debe alertar y/o subsanar.

**¿Qué necesitas tener?**
- Estudios universitarios concluidos.
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en seguros.
- Experiência en renovaciones automáticas o sin cambio de condiciones (envío de checklist, planillas, particularidades, tasas, entre otros para la renovación de programa de seguros)
- Trámite de cartas de referencia a ESSALUD, Constancias.
- Dominio de Excel intermedio, conocimiento de tablas dinámicas.
- Inglés intermedio.
- Excelente redacción.
- Atención a cliente.

Esta posición es para realizar funciones de manera presencial.
