Purpose: - Responsible for maintaining and managing the services of workplace operations for Peú Workplace Locations. The manager Workplace Management will lead the collaboration with client group, within country, indentifying workplace requirements and the implementation of employee Experience initiatives. This role with set the highest standars for operation of Perú facilities through collaboration with LAM and the broader Americas Workplaces Team.- Key responsabilities: - Manage and deliver consisten, first class facility management service standar of the Perú locations within the agreed budget, schedule and scope, focusing on experience, expectations and our customer´s (our departments and employees) requirements regarding the best work environment for adidas employees. - Ensure effective operation and continuos development of building system procedures and programs including maintaining accuracy and support of the integrated management system (IMS) (Green company initiatives) - Ensure the planning, execution and control of compliance with envioremental requirements, in accordance with applicable laws, global sustainability guidelines, and current certifications (ISO 14001-Enviorement, ISO 50001-Energy) - Build relationships with key stakeholders and build network that integrates relevant departments within Workplaces and adidas to implement facility operations and project delivery support. - Deliver measures and structures for the consisten improvement of the "Employee Experience" through the effective management of all service providers and internal stakeholders within Perú. - Create and comply with regional performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) related to all facility and employee experience operations in partnership with LAM Sr. Manager WP Management. - Development and management annual operation budgets for all services areas in close partnership with relevant business financial controller in country. Ensure accurate forecasts and effectively communicate risks and opportunities to leadership. - Requisite Education and Experience: - University degree in Engineering, Business administration - Fluent in English, both written and spoken. - Minimum of 4 years experience in similar roles - 2 years people management experience AT ADIDAS WE HAVE A WINNING CULTURE.
