En este rol, serás el primer punto de contacto para nuestros canales, gestionando procesos operativos clave y brindando soporte en el uso de nuestras plataformas.
**¿Qué harás en este rol?**
- Ser el contacto principal para resolver dudas y problemas relacionados con el registro en nuestras plataformas.
- Ofrecer soporte operativo eficiente y coordinar con equipos internos para solucionar problemas de manera ágil.
- Gestionar reportes y dar seguimiento a solicitudes en nuestras herramientas internas.
- Colaborar con el equipo para optimizar procesos y mejorar la experiência de nuestros clientes.
**Requisitos del rol**:
- ** Experiência en servicio al cliente**: Idealmente, al menos 1 año en roles similares (soporte, atención al cliente o onboarding).
- ** Habilidades interpersonales sólidas**: Capacidad para establecer relaciones positivas con clientes y equipos internos.
- ** Trabajo en equipo**: Colaborar eficazmente con colegas y diferentes áreas para resolver problemas.
- ** Manejo de herramientas básicas**: Experiência con sistemas de gestión de clientes, reportes y plataformas operativas.
- ** Adaptabilidad y flexibilidad**: Disponibilidad para ajustarse a horarios o tareas según las necesidades del equipo.
