Wingtra’s sales team is looking to capitalize on the momentum that comes with being one of the fastest growing drone companies in the world. A big part of that strategy is growing our team of Regional Sales Managers. As the Regional Sales Manager, you will take a key role in expanding our sales activities across the Latin American region.
Successful performance in this role will give you the opportunity to further grow within the Sales team at Wingtra.
**Responsibilities**:
- As Channel Sales Manager, you will manage and develop distribution partnerships across the region as well as close direct business together with our dealers
- You will generate new distribution partnership leads, negotiate distribution agreements and sign on partners.
- This will differ according to country and depending on maturity and need of the markets
- You will develop sales strategies to expand Wingtra’s footprint in the market
- Learn about customer use cases, market opportunities and post-process customer learnings for Wingtra’s strategy development
- Develop close relationships with dealer partners to help them to identify potential needs of customers and make them succeed in their business
- Being a strong promoter of our product and brand on the target market
- Create and maintain customer data in CRM tools (Hubspot)
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in B2B sales or equivalent business development experience, ideally in context of a disruptive new technology
- Strong network in and familiarity with the mining and/or surveying industry
- The ability to demonstrate a strong aptitude for both selling to target customers and at the same time building lasting relationships with distribution partners
- Comfortable driving both large enterprise opportunities with long sales cycles and dynamically closing smaller faster-paced inbound opportunities
- Experience providing solutions based on customer needs
- Tech savviness working with Hubspot or other CRM and communication tools
- Persuasive, independent, at ease negotiating and developing trust
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Spanish and English
- Having worked with different countries across the region
- Willingness to travel frequently (up to 60%)
**Plus**:
- Local surveying background and expertise in Mine surveying
- Previous experience in working with image post-processing softwares like Pix4D, Agisoft, TBC, Leica, ESRI or similar
- Experience in helping an international company with their go to market in Latin America
