We're growing our team in Lima and seeking an experienced Inside Sales Agent (ISA) who thrives in fast-paced, goal-oriented environments.

Position Overview

As an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) at MOD Peru, you will work directly with U.S.-based clients to generate leads, qualify prospects, manage CRM pipelines, and support inbound/outbound sales initiatives. This role is ideal for bilingual professionals with strong sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and SMS campaigns to generate and qualify sales leads.
  • Manage CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to maintain accurate lead data and follow-up tracking.
  • Set appointments and follow up with leads to support the client's sales team.
  • Respond to inbound inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Execute scripts and sales workflows effectively, while personalizing communication to each prospect.
  • Support marketing and sales campaigns, tracking KPIs and reporting results weekly.
  • Collaborate with U.S. clients during U.S. business hours, providing daily updates and proactive communication.
Requirements
  • Language: Native or fluent Spanish and English (C1–C2 level) proficiency in speaking and writing.
  • Experience: 3+ years in inside sales, telemarketing, customer service, or lead generation— preferably supporting U.S. or international clients.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho), Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack.
  • Availability: Full-time, Monday to Friday, working U.S. business hours.
  • Workspace: In-office, San Isidro (salary full-time, Up to 48 hours per week)
