Actualmente estamos buscando a un(a) ASESOR(A) DE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE / CONTACT CENTER que se sume a nuestro equipo.

Sus principales funciones serán:
  1. Impulsar la venta, absolviendo dudas y consultas de nuestros futuros clientes.
  2. Promocionar el producto e informar al cliente acerca de características y beneficios.
  3. Proporcionar servicio de soporte/postventa de manera confiable.
  4. Promover la recuperación de los clientes rechazados/abandonados.
  5. Analizar las necesidades del cliente y gestionarlas/derivarlas con las áreas correspondientes.
  6. Aportar ideas para la mejora de los procesos de verificación y evaluación.
  7. Cumplir con los indicadores del área.
  8. Cumplir con los valores corporativos de Doctor Sol.
REQUISITOS:
  1. Experiencia mínima de 1 año en el cargo y/o desempeñando funciones similares en el sistema financiero.
  2. Estudios técnicos concluidos o estudios universitarios concluidos o por concluir, en las carreras de Administración, Contabilidad, Comunicaciones, Humanidades, entre otras.
  3. Competencias: Enfoque comercial, criterio, trabajo en equipo, confidencialidad, flexibilidad y comunicación.

Disponibilidad de Trabajar en Lima (Miraflores), de manera presencial, de Lunes a Sábados.
