Also, is responsible to potentiate sells across all categories and Brands in Channel. Team Leader Traditional Trade should deliver sales results, leading and developing sales activities for the team, searching for continuous brand growth in the trade, with business mindset

And finally, Team Leader Traditional Trade is responsible to a correct Deflator implementation according to stablished for Customer Marketing.

Sales Plans (ABP)
Coordinating and offering direction and guidance to workgroups.

Essential job functions

Assigned Customer Strategy
Provide information about the Traditional Trade channel in order to analyze market and competitors
Analyze reports provided by Business Intelligence
Define action plans for execution in the customers
**Define customer strategy considering the following activities**:
Determine roll and scope
Fortify participation features and potential categories in Traditional Trade Channel.
Client Management and Development
Analyze key indicator to performance
Quantify and prioritize market opportunities together with Customer Marketing
Design, implement and follow up improvement plans for the channel/clients.
Ensure compliment in trade packs programs
Guarantee pricing modifications in time
Check viability of activities with the client.
Identify and propose commercial activities
Sales Plans
Build together with Trade Marketing Business Plans
Responsible of the following processes or activities according to Edgewell governance model for the commercial function:
Clients negotiations
Rebates conditioned to KPI’s
Tactical Deflator
Inventory Allowance
Conducting performance reviews on a daily, weekly, or, monthly basis of the channel.

Has very important role at the process order to cash.
