**Service Team Lead Subaru**

Hoy nuestra Gerencia de **Retail **se encuentra en la búsqueda de su próximo/a Service Team Lead Subaru quien tendrá la misión de asegurar la gestión integral del taller, asegurando la mejor atención de nuestros clientes y la facturación y cierre de las órdenes de trabajo. Impulsando el desarrollo del equipo a cargo y desplegando los objetivos y metas del área de postventa.

**Dentro de las principales funciones a realizar se encuentran**:

- Monitorear continuamente los ratios de facturación, márgenes, alcance de metas y NPS.
- Desarrollar comercialmente los servicios que ofrecemos a nuestros clientes.
- Mantener la lógica de los estándares operativos y su desarrollo en la excelencia operacional del taller.
- Gestionar el avance diario del personal productivo brindando feedback de forma periódica.
- Definir estrategias que permitan desarrollar un servicio de calidad afín de mantener competitivo el negocio y que sea apreciado y sostenido por los clientes.
- Administrar los gastos del área de servicios.
- Entender y desarrollar las herramientas claves del negocio (Ejemplo: Ventas, Costos, KPIs, Temparios y actividades de flujo de OT en SAP).
- Monitorear y mantener el sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo de todo el taller, implementando cualquier observación que se encuentre.

Haremos **Match **si cumples con los siguientes **Requisitos**:

- Formación universitaria en Administración de Empresas,Ingeniería Industrial, Ingeniería Mecánica y/o carreras similares.
- Entre 3 a 5 años de experiência profesional como Jefe de Servicios y/o realizando funciones afines a la posición (Indispensable).
- Conocimientos en mecánica automotriz (Indispensable).
- Manejo de indicadores, medición y definición de procesos.
- Dominio de Office Intermedio (excluyente).
- Manejo de SAP (Deseable).
