**Role Purpose**:
This position plays a crucial role in building our sales pipeline and contributing to our growth strategy by identifying, engaging, and onboarding new clients through proactive and creative outreach efforts.

**Role Execution**:

- **Pipeline Development**: Add a minimum of 15 new contacts, 5 clients, and 3 leads to the sales pipeline daily, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities for the sales team.
- **Scheduling Meetings**: Secure at least 3 client meetings per week through effective follow-up and engagement strategies, facilitating the initial connection between potential clients and our sales team.
- **Client Acquisition**: Aim to achieve at least 2 signed client logos per month by effectively nurturing leads and assisting in the progression of sales opportunities.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outreach activities, lead details, and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
- **Market Research**: Continuously research and identify new potential markets and client opportunities to expand outreach efforts.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies, messaging, and target segments based on feedback and performance metrics.
- **Performance Monitoring**: Regularly track and report on KPIs to ensure alignment with team and organizational goals.
- **Professional Development**: Stay informed of industry trends, sales strategies, and technological advancements to continuously improve skills and performance.
