LATAM Partner Ecosystem Sales Business Development Manager
Role Description
- Working with the Latin America Partner Organization team, this role is a key
**Sales** team member handling specific Ecosystem Partners to ensure Cisco’s portfolio is complemented with other companies’ portfolios to build solutions that provide true Business Outcomes to customers in different Vertical / Industry segments.
- The assigned ecosystem partners can be traditional channel partners and/or non-traditional Ecosystem partners including ISVs, Global Industry Partners, etc. This role will also work with traditional Cisco partners so that they develop vertical expertise and solutions either in-house or by engaging other ecosystem partners.
- The key success metric for this role is Sales bookings with the target partners/verticals.
- The role will engage with the Global Partner Organization and the
**global vertical / segment/growth marketing team to** leverage and implement in LatAm all offers in programs, training, assessments, and materials made available by them. Drive partner usage of Cisco’s resources that encompass different architectures and have vertical use cases.
- Flexibility to work in different time zones might be required occasionally due to the teams spreading across time zones in the Americas.
**They will possess excellent collaboration and communication skills and the ability to work under deadlines without compromising on quality.**
Skills & qualifications required:
- Minimum 2 years in Partner Sales related roles, in the IT industry.
- Proven communication skills. Social network presence. Ability to interact at executive and individual contributor levels
- Experience in multi-country operations valued. LatAm-level experience is highly valued.
- Experience as liaison/point of contact between Corp / WW / Americas teams and field teams is highly valued.
- Engineering or Business Administration undergraduate degree required.
- Organized, structured thinking. Ability to work simultaneously with multiple stakeholders, multiple projects, and multiple deadlines.
- Oriented to results. Key to having solid execution abilities. Able to gather, coordinate, report, and follow up on action items to ensure correct execution.
- Business partnering skills. Great teammate.
- Attention to quality of work is critical. Oriented to details.
- Self-motivated, ability to work with little supervision
- English: Full professional proficiency required. Spanish: Full professional proficiency required. Portuguese fluency is valued, not required.
