**Sales and Specification Manager (M/F/d)**:

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Technical support to our customers
- Visit distributors and installers for technical and marketing support
- Prospect projects and follow up on project pipeline
- Support marketing campaigns
- Prospect new clients and new markets, market development
- Give guidance to our business partners and monitor commercial competition
- Handle customer claims and complaints and prepare technical reports
- Research and analyze market trends, competitors, customer insights, and consumer trends
- Set the regional business objectives and their strategies
- Plan and manage the cost budget, ensuring compliance and measuring return on investments
- The area of operation will not be limited to Peru, but will include other countries in South and Central Americas and the Caribbean region (to be defined by the company)

**YOUR PROFILE**
- BA/BS in architecture, civil engineering, business administration or a related field, MBA preferred
- Min 3 years of experience as a sales manager and/or specification manager, Familiarity with Sales Force CRM
- Marketing and industry insight (architecture, construction, building materials), knowledge of building materials
- Ability to forecast sales goals based on analytics
- International mindset, proactive, problem solving
- Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
- Analytical thinking, Collaboration and teamwork
- Willingness to represent the company with diplomacy, elegance, formality, education
- Spanish as native language, fluency in English, Brazilian Portuguese is a plus
- Willingness to travel 50% of the working time by land, air, ocean in the national territory and abroad
