En línea con su estrategia comercial, el reto de nuestra unidad de Salud Animal es mantener el liderazgo en mercado de biológicos y ampliar la línea de Avicultura. Como consecuencia de ello se ha logrado ampliar la cartera de clientes, ofertando excelencia en ventas y servicios técnicos.

Con el objeto de poder atendar las necesidades del negocio, creamos una posición como Sr Customer Sales Rep que se encargar de atender a los clientes de nuestra línea de Avicultura en las siguientes tareas, pero no limitado a:

- Desarrollo comercial y propuestas de negocio en las cuentas asignadas y distribuidores
- Revisar las ventas históricas en el sistema y detectar nuevas oportunidades de negocio para cada cliente de acuerdo con el potencial de mercado.
- Elaborar el Programa de Visitas, gestionar las citas con los clientes y actualizar diariamente la información.
- Dar soporte técnico en visitas de campo y plantas de incubación
- Dar soporte en capacitaciones de personal en temas de interés y de procesos en granjas.
- Dar soporte y seguimiento a nuestra herramienta de inteligencia de mercado y relacionamiento con clientes

**Requerimientos**:

- 4-7 años de experiência técnica y/o comercial en empresas relacionadas al rubro avícola
- Medico Veterinario o Ingeniero Zootecnista
- Preferentemente residiendo en Trujillo
- Nível de inglés intermedio
