Associate Manager Sales

Un profesional de ventas debe tener un territorio o industria definida en la que tenga suficientes oportunidades para capturar negocios competitivos; y asignó un objetivo de crecimiento de ingresos agresivo y alcanzable.
Responsabilidades:
1. Ampliar la penetración en el mercado para la región asignada o los clientes en la industria de la celulosa, el papel y el agua.
2. Identificar nuevos clientes y oportunidades dentro de la región y hacer crecer el negocio mientras refuerza la marca Solenis.
3. Gestionar una base de negocios que va desde una muy pequeña hasta una base grande.
4. Desarrollar estrategias de desarrollo empresarial y crear planes anuales de desarrollo empresarial para el área relevante para alcanzar los objetivos comerciales y los ingresos requeridos.
5. Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el equipo comercial extendido (es decir, cuentas corporativas, marketing regional, precios y aplicaciones) para comprender los requisitos comerciales y las necesidades del mercado.
6. Vender nuevos negocios y nuevas aplicaciones en tu territorio.
7. Desarrollar e implementar planes de ventas sobre nuevas oportunidades, incluida la documentación del retorno de la inversión y la entrega de valor.
8. Establecer, mantener y priorizar un embudo de ventas preciso y actualizado en SFDC.
9. Administrar la rentabilidad de la cuenta (configuración de la bomba, precios y cuentas por cobrar).
10. Revisar las aplicaciones territoriales y los procesos/procedimientos para mejorar la seguridad.
11. Lograr la satisfacción del cliente, lo que resulta en una retención óptima del negocio existente y el crecimiento de nuevos negocios.
Requisitos Mínimos:
1. Requiere un mínimo de 3 a 5 años de experiencia relacionada con una licenciatura en Negocios, Ciencias y/o Ingeniería; o experiencia equivalente.
2. Conocimiento de la industria y del cliente, o capacidad para aprender rápidamente las tecnologías de la industria y de Solenis.
3. Capacidad de liderazgo y habilidades de mando.
4. Conducir a resultados; aborda proactivamente problemas complejos.
5. Fuertes habilidades de resolución de problemas y comunicación.
6. Habilidad para establecer relaciones en todos los niveles de gestión.
7. Debe poseer un fuerte ritmo operativo con la fuerza de ventas de campo.
8. Residencia en el norte del Perú (Piura - La Libertad - Ancash - Lambayeque).
9. Cartera de clientes.
10. Licencia de conducir con mínimo 02 años de experiencia.
