Customer Support Agent – Spanish language

We are looking for a FLUENT Spanish speaker to join our dynamic Customer Support team in the i-Gaming industry. You'll be part of an engaging and fast-paced environment, assisting customers across multiple channels, including chat and email. We value your ability to multitask, work with technology, and manage multiple customer interactions with ease.

Key Responsibilities

1. Proficient interaction with a variety of online systems.
2. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
3. Effectively respond to customer requests and questions by phone, chat and email.
4. Deal with and help resolve any customer complaints.
5. Follow operational procedures in every contact with the customer.

Requirements

1. FLUENT Spanish speaker.
2. Proven customer support experience – one year.
3. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
4. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
5. Strong customer and service orientation.
6. Challenging and rewarding working environment.
