Sobre el puesto:
La misión del área de Customer Support es materializar la propuesta de valor de Cabify ofreciendo para todas nuestras audiencias un servicio seguro, fiable y superior. Para esto es necesario generar procesos de clientes de alto valor agregado de una forma eficiente y escalable.
¿Cómo nos ayudarás a cumplir con nuestra misión?
- Orientar a conductores postulantes para el proceso de Onboarding y generar las altas.
- Asegurar la calidad en la atención a los conductores según los SLA establecidos.
- Regularizar registros de datos personales y cuentas de conductores.
- Proponer mejoras en la operativa diaria.
- Atender el proceso de afiliación de conductores en el front office y en campo, coordinando y monitoreando las acciones offline.
- Atender la logística local respecto a la entrega de incentivos y EPIs.
- Gestionar el seguimiento de cada lead para asegurar la conversión.
Lo que estamos buscando
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en atención al cliente.
- Conocimiento de office intermedio.
- Excelente actitud de servicio.
- Capacidad de escucha y trabajo en equipo.
- Orientado a los resultados y autosuficiente.
