Givaudan is seeking a Business Development Specialist to join its team in San Isidro, Lima, Peru.

The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management in the food, chemical, or related industries. They will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, defining and developing account strategies, and working closely with development and marketing teams to anticipate client needs.

In this role, you will act as a leader for all projects under your responsibility, define accurate pricing and margin parameters, and develop successful working relationships with clients at all levels. You will also ensure high-level service and make Givaudan the partner of choice for clients under your responsibility.
