The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, customer service, and delivering exceptional experience to our customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities:**
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with Independent Sales Organizations (ISOs), mortgage brokers, and other similar entities to generate referrals of borrowers from these sources.
- Pursue leads assigned by the company via phone and email.
- Collaborate with internal departments and management to support file processing through the pipeline.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management.
Requirements:
- 100% fluency in English with exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
- At least 2 years of recent loan sales origination experience in the lending industry or similar fields.
- Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required; Teams experience preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Proactive approach and strong work ethic.
