Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with distributors and customers in assigned territory.
  • Develop and execute local and national sales programs to maximize sales and distribution of company products.
  • Train and coach sales force to engage them with Monster brand and objectives.
  • Monitor market and retailer activity to develop cost-effective strategies to drive volume and profitability.
Requirements
  • Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Between 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in retail, wholesaler, or distributor sales environment.
Additional Experience Desired:
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office.
