As a Call Center Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our local team, based in Peru, and contributing to our success.
ResponsibilitiesThis position involves developing and maintaining call center operational strategies, managing system performance, resolving problems, and preparing action plans to address issues. You will also be responsible for recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, administering scheduling systems, and communicating job expectations.
Key Performance Indicators:- Meet call center financial objectives by estimating requirements, preparing budgets, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Deliver high-quality coaching and training to Supervisors and Lead Agents, focusing on enhancing sales and quality performance.
- Ensure Agents and supervisors meet individual sales targets, hit coaching targets, maximize productivity, and report management information highlighting areas for improvement.
