En la actualidad, estamos en la búsqueda de un Customer Support Specialist con experiencia en proporcionar una experiencia excepcional para los clientes. Este rol implica asegurar un proceso de incorporación (onboarding) eficiente, así como ofrecer un servicio de atención al cliente de alta calidad. El objetivo es garantizar un soporte oportuno y efectivo, promover el uso óptimo de nuestra plataforma y fomentar la mejora continua basada en el análisis de datos, con el fin de maximizar la satisfacción y fidelización de nuestros clientes.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia mínima de 1 a 2 años en atención al cliente, soporte digital enfocado a empresas tecnológicas.
- Experiencia en procesos de capacitación y/o formación.
- Habilidad para gestionar tareas simultáneamente.
- Enfoque en la mejora continua y el aprendizaje constante.
- Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar con otros departamentos.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en San Borja (Híbrido) de Lunes a Sábado en horario flexible y Domingo (si es necesario).
Funciones:
- Gestión del Onboarding del Cliente:
- Actuar como punto de contacto principal para los clientes, manteniendo una comunicación clara, empática y profesional en todo momento.
- Realizar la configuración del cliente en la plataforma según sus necesidades y requerimientos específicos.
- Capacitar a los clientes sobre el uso de la plataforma, organizando sesiones virtuales y/o presenciales, garantizando su entendimiento completo de la plataforma.
- Participar activamente en reuniones internas para compartir insights y propuestas basadas en la experiencia del cliente.
- Crear y mantener actualizado los materiales necesarios para impulsar el uso correcto de la plataforma, ej: manuales, guías personalizadas, tutoriales y recursos interactivos adaptados a las necesidades de los clientes.
- Colaborar con los equipos internos (Comercial, desarrollo de software) para proporcionar retroalimentación valiosa que ayude a la experiencia del cliente. - Soporte al cliente:
- Garantizar una respuesta rápida y oportuna a consultas y problemas, fomentando la satisfacción y fidelización del cliente.
- Gestionar y atender las incidencias (N1) hasta su resolución completa, asegurando que el cliente reciba una respuesta adecuada y en tiempo.
- Medir y monitorear tiempos de resolución y satisfacción del cliente mediante métricas clave (SLA, NPS, etc.).
