Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of 3+ years of proven success in selling ERP, BI, or related software/services development, customization and integration projects to meet sales goals by generating new project opportunities, not just license sales.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand complex business requirements across multiple company departments with different stakeholders.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities with a focus on building longterm client relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales productivity software with attention to detail to manage the sales cycle effectively, for proposal accuracy, forecasting, maintaining data integrity, and overall business analysis.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and engage with new potential customers in the USA and Latin American markets to generate new business opportunities, while achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales goals to expand the customer base in target regions.
- Provide compelling sales presentations, serving as a trusted advisor while demonstrating value in InterConnecta's expertise for Zoho implementation, customization, and integration services.
- Conduct indepth discovery calls to ensure a clear understanding of the clients' shortterm and longterm business objectives and digital transformation needs.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales & consulting, project management and development teams to propose tailored solutions that align with the client's specific needs.
- Control the sales lifecycle from negotiation to closed deals, continually asking customers if they have any concerns throughout the lifecycle to ensure deal closure and longterm client relationships with mutually beneficial agreements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction, especially during license renewals, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance support while identifying potential upselling or nextstep project opportunities. Request referrals and testimonials from satisfied customers for marketing purposes.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the ERP and BI software market, industry trends, and competitors' offerings.
