Job Description

The Business Services Coordinator is in charge of leading a team dedicated to managing and effectively documenting processes related to our organization's interactions with key stakeholders in the local healthcare ecosystem, providing service to the Business teams in the Human Health area.

The main goal of this role is to offer a high level of coordination and strategic planning to internal clients, working as a key partner to ensure process quality and compliance with company policies within the required timeframes. As a business strategic ally, this position demands leadership skills, great attention to detail, and the ability to build excellent relationships with internal business support areas.

Moreover, staying up-to-date on organization policies, procedures, local regulations is crucial for ensuring operational excellence in implementation.

Here are some responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the Business Services team, ensuring effective management, simplification, and monitoring of processes related to organizing meetings with healthcare professionals.
  • Understand and ensure compliance with organization's policies, regulations, and internal processes, guaranteeing correct and timely execution of activities according to corporate standards.
  • Establish and maintain operational agreements with involved parties, including Human Health Business teams and support areas like Finance, Corporate Compliance, Legal, Medical Department, and Event Agency, among others.
  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) of the area under responsibility, implementing corrective and improvement actions as needed.
  • Keep Peru Business leaders informed about project status and responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to quickly and efficiently adopt digital management tools related to the position.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, with at least three (3) years of experience in team management and leadership assessed by key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ability to adapt to changes and effectively adopt new processes and ways of working.
  • Preferably, two (2) to three (3) years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, in marketing or business management-related areas.
  • Ability to deliver effective presentations.
  • Availability for on-site work.
  • Skill to establish excellent interpersonal relationships and agreements.
  • Proficiency in English.
