Join Siemens Smart Infrastructure Electrification & Automation team in Perú as a Senior Sales Professional. The team is looking for a highly skilled Senior Sales Professional to manage and expand the customer base within the energy sector. If you're passionate about innovative solutions and outstanding customer service, this opportunity is for you. Responsibilities: - Manage the commercial portfolio for clients in the energy generation and transmission sectors, overseeing the entire sales process. - Identify, understand, and analyze client requirements to develop and implement value solutions. - Develop new clients within the assigned market or geographic region for direct sales of products, solutions, and services. - Conduct market research and prepare the annual visit plan. Requirements: - Professional degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields. - Minimum of 5 years of direct sales experience to clients in the energy sector and/or large infrastructure projects. - Technical knowledge of medium voltage systems, protection, and automation. - Experience with utilities, especially in energy, renewables, and large infrastructure sectors. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate level) and CRM systems like Salesforce. - Advanced English proficiency. - Ability to sell projects and solutions rather than products.
