**Job Title**: Business Development Representative (Outbound Sales Hunter)
**Type**: Contractor (full-time)
**Compensation**: USD$1350 base salary / month + performance-based commissions

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Boldly venture into new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and lead generation (hunting hat optional)
- Identify and qualify potential clients to build a sales pipeline more robust than your morning café or mate
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential clients, charming them into submission
- Spark conversations that transform latent customer pain into active agony, guiding prospects toward quantifying their anguish
- Keep it real in all interactions, steering clear of any telemarketer vibes
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to conduct targeted campaigns and optimize lead generation efforts
- Consistently achieve and surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas, like the sales whiz you are

**Qualifications**:

- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the technology industry (because who doesn’t love gadgets?)
- Experience in outbound sales and hunting new business opportunities (bonus points if you can tell us a story about a great deal you created)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (charm your way into their hearts)
- Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with clients (friends in high places, anyone?)
- Self-starter, motivated, and results-driven (basically, you are the CEO of your own sales career)
- Proficient in CRM software and sales tools (navigate the tech world like a pro)
