La posición de Medical Manager-Oncología tiene un impacto significativo en nuestra capacidad para traducir de manera efectiva la ciencia médica en oportunidades de negocios relevantes con altos estándares de regulación local y requisitos de cumplimiento. El rol requiere la capacidad de interactuar con un tipo de partes interesadas internas y externas diferentes, como líderes científicos clave, colegas de mercadotecnia y ventas, tomadores de decisiones, pagadores y autoridades reguladoras para abordar de manera efectiva los problemas técnicos de los productos de MSD y las áreas terapéuticas de interés.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Liderazgo científico: Responsable de la gestión del conocimiento científico, traduciendo la información en consejos estratégicos sobre áreas terapéuticas de interés para productos / competidores de MSD;
- Interacción con Líderes Científicos (SL) que brinda apoyo a las unidades de negocios;
- Organizar y llevar a cabo juntas de asesoramiento locales y reuniones de Expertos en el Foro de opiniones y recoger las necesidades de los clientes de los SL, así como asistir a eventos científicos independientes y satelitales.
- Proporciona solicitudes de información médica / respuestas a preguntas de clientes locales.
- Administrar las agendas de los eventos científicos de MSD, incluidos los patrocinios de líderes científicos locales.

**Soporte interno**:

- Apoyo a los equipos de productos, brindando apoyo científico para lograr objetivos estratégicos / de desempeño;
- Apoyo a la inclusión de productos Merck en los formularios de los hospitales y en las pautas terapéuticas locales;
- Participar en la defensa estratégica de productos de MSD con tomadores de decisiones clave;
- Asesorar a los departamentos legales y regulatorios sobre las consultas relacionadas con los productos de MSD.
- Proporcionar capacitación técnica a los representantes de ventas.
- Revisión de todos los materiales de sus áreas terapéuticas, asegurando la relevancia médica y el cumplimiento de las regulaciones, todo de acuerdo con las pautas internas.
- Actuar como respaldo para la persona DPOC en la subsidiaria.
- Brinda apoyo a las actividades que aseguran el reporte de casos de farmacovigilancia.
- Proporcionar sugerencias para la investigación clínica (investigadores, objetivos, diseño, sitios y estudios) a solicitud; Administrar la cartera de estudios posteriores al desarrollo, incluidos los IISP y los estudios locales del área respectiva.

**Perfil de puesto**:

- Formación Profesional: Título universitario de universidad acreditada con al menos 5 años de licenciatura
- Experiência: ID - UCI - experiência en medicina interna y un sólido conocimiento de una variedad de áreas y terapias de enfermedades; en asuntos médicos en una industria farmacéutica de primer nível; en investigación clínica internacional / local y farmacovigilancia.
- Ingles avanzado
