Requerimos el rol de New Sales Leader, para la línea de negocio de Google.

**Tu Misión**

Liderar, coordinar y apoyar el equipo comercial de ventas nuevas, logrando así las metas propuestas como equipo.

**Experiência**: 7 años de experiência trabajando en cargos como sales manager, gerente de ventas, líder de ventas, o cargos similares. Experiência en planeación, organización, dirección y análisis de resultados. Experiência en negocios de gobierno y sector privado. Experiência en empresas de tecnología, transformación digital, cloud.

**Educación**: Licenciado, ingeniero de sistemas, computación, mercadeo, administración, comunicación social, ingeniero de sistemas, computación o áreas afines a estás.

**Conocimiento específico**: Sector tecnología, conocimiento en negocios comerciales, canales de distribución, ventas corporativas, B2B, enterprise, relacionamiento con C Level, facilidad de palabra.

**Soft Skills**:

- Nível de relacionamiento C - Level.

- Persuasión.
- Comunicación verbal y no verbal.
- Orientación al resultado.
- Agresividad comercial.
**Funciones Principales**:
Cumplimiento de la cuota de ventas de nuevos negocios.

Supervisar y liderar el trabajo de los ejecutivos brindando orientación y motivación con miras a promover el desempeño máximo.

Hacer seguimiento al equipo de ventas local, garantizando que cuentan con la información necesaria para el cumplimiento de objetivos.

Evitar complicaciones de cualquier orden con los clientes y maximizar la satisfacción y servicio al cliente.
