Misión del cargo:
Desarrollar el canal digital y su estrategia de crecimiento para Seguros y Clínicas
Funciones del cargo:
- Co-diseñar la estrategia de growth para canales digitales, entendiendo la adquisición, data y manejo de activos
- Planificar y ejecutar experimentos y mejoras en flujos / journeys de clientes y pacientes
- Crear nuevos canales de venta digital (referidos, influencers, etc.)
- Diseñar la experiencia del cliente para incrementar ingresos
Requisitos:
Experiencia en Growth
Manejo de equipos
