Key Responsibilities- Serves as the primary point of contact for key clients, building relationships with senior managers in their organizations.
- Leverages IQVIA's full range of offerings to drive revenue growth and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and present solutions to complex client challenges.
- IDentifies and pursues new business and contract expansion opportunities within assigned accounts.
- Interfaces with client stakeholders at a manager level to drive sales activities.
- Monitors client satisfaction and works to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Effectively manages renewals and subscriptions to ensure continued client engagement.
- Bachelor's Degree Required
- Four (4) years relevant sales or account management experience and/or solution sales management experience Required
- Four years of experience in the healthcare or consumer goods sector
