At Align, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our support services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client experiences through various communication channels.
The ideal candidate will possess strong English skills and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing seamless support and communication between Sales Reps and Clients
- Ensuring accuracy in client interactions and internal processes
- Handling multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining flexibility and availability
Role Details:
- Schedule:Monday – Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM CST | Saturday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Language:Strong English skills preferred (primarily chat and emailbased communication)
Work Breakdown:
80 percent process-driven, 20 percent problem-solving
