**Requisitos**:

- Experiência previa en atención al cliente o soporte de tickets de 6 meses a 1 año.
- Experiência con aplicativos y redes sociales.
- Inglés avanzado (indispensable).
- Habilidades de comunicación y orientación al cliente.
