Estamos buscando un Ingeniero de Preventa Óptico altamente motivado y con experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo. El candidato ideal tendrá una sólida experiencia en soluciones ópticas y será capaz de conectar las necesidades del cliente con soluciones técnicas innovadoras.
 
Funciones Generales y Responsabilidades:
* Responsable de liderar todos los aspectos técnicos para nuestros clientes y empresas del sector de telecomunicaciones en Latinoamérica.
* Responsable del desarrollo y entrega de presentaciones/demostraciones técnicas de productos del portafolio de soluciones de redes ópticas.
* Gestionar e interpretar los requisitos del cliente: tener comunicación con los clientes; comprender, anticipar y satisfacer sus necesidades.
* Capaz de responder a elementos funcionales y técnicos de RFI/RFP.
* Generar cotizaciones económicas solicitadas por los clientes basados en las soluciones propuestas.
* Coordinar e impulsar pruebas de concepto y demostraciones técnicas con el cliente, gestionando las soluciones técnicas y pruebas de laboratorio.

Works on large projects to achieve operational targets with a significant impact on function / sub-function results. May be responsible for setting day-to-day operational objectives for the team, as well as may direct workflow to other team members. Coaches and reviews the work of lower level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and often complex.

Requisitos:
* Grado de bachiller en Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones, Ingeniería Electrónica, o afines.
* Experiencia mínima de 03 (tres) años en planeación, diseño, implementación de redes DWDM/OTN. 
* Conocimiento en el área de IP (idealmente certificado).

Experiencia y habilidades:
* Experiencia configurando equipos con medidor de potencia óptica.
* Experiencia en arquitecturas de software (Gestión, control de redes y arquitectura SDN).
* Experiencia en manejo de equipos de medición como OTDR, OSA, BERT (deseable).
* Inglés intermedio.
