Job Description
This role involves developing and maintaining close commercial relationships with main mining clients in South Zone Peru. As the primary contact, you will be their ambassador within our organization. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies to increase market share, creating value propositions and structuring complex solutions. You will also collaborate with internal teams to maximize engagement through operational excellence. Regular entries and updates are required in the CRM application to include contacts, appointments and opportunities.

What You Bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a B.S. degree in Engineering (or equivalent industry experience) and 6+ years of experience selling in the mining industry. Knowledge of industry equipment is essential, along with the ability to read technical drawings, manuals and parts lists. A proactive nature with effective communication and presentation skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities, are also required. Additionally, you should be willing to identify and engage all levels of buying influences and acquire a complete understanding of our customer's decision and buying process. The ideal candidate is eager to travel (50% of time spent conducting visits to our customers' mining plants).
