Requisitos:
- Bachiller Universitario de Marketing, Comercial, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Psicología, Relaciones Industriales o afines.
- Contar con más de 2 años de experiencia en ventas corporativas de servicios y soluciones de gestión humana para empresas de consultoría top en el mercado.
- Conocimiento de CRM y Excel a Nivel Intermedio.
- Disponibilidad para trabajo híbrido en El Derby Surco.

Funciones:
- Captación de clientes en los sectores económicos públicos y privados: industria, agroindustria, pesca, servicios, educación, comercializadoras, banca y finanzas, retail, minería y energía.
- Gestionar propuestas comerciales de los servicios de Selección Middle Management, Hunting Top Executives, Staffing, Outsourcing, RPO y/o Masivos.
- Diseño de nuevas soluciones de negocio.
- Desarrollo de llamadas telefónicas, búsqueda de leads y prospección en campo.
- Cumplir con el mínimo de visitas semanales a clientes.
- Negociaciones con clientes y las diferentes áreas de soporte para cierres efectivos de ventas.
- Responsable del cumplimiento de meta de ventas mensual y trimestral.
- Elaboración de reportes semanales de avance de gestión.
- Capacitación y desarrollo del equipo de ventas a cargo.
