**About the company**:
RoverPass is a startup focusing on the campground and RV park industry and Code Galaxy is the #1 coding school for kids of all ages, offering live, world-class instruction in a judgment-free zone. Both companies are part of Parikh Holdings, and we are looking for a Webflow Developer to join our team.
We are a small team and require a hands-on and hungry approach.
**The role**:
We are currently hiring an Onboarding Specialist to join our sales department. The purpose of this role is to ensure a successful onboarding for new clients as they transition from prospective customer to paying customer. This is the most important phase of the customer lifecycle, and the Onboarding Specialist is responsible for establishing the solid foundation that drives customers’ future successes. Onboarding Specialists work in conjunction with the sales team, specifically our Account Executives, who are in charge of closing deals for new customers.
**Requirements**:
The role is a blend of customer-facing communication and focused project management tasks. Sales will bring a committed customer to the table, but it is the job of the Onboarding Specialist to identify specific customer needs, build a relationship, and individually set the product up in a way that delivers the most value to each customer to ensure all customers successfully go live on the product.

This is the ideal opportunity for motivated individuals who provide excellent customer service while maintaining an organized queue of internal tasks. Successful Onboarders have an obsession for accuracy, a passion for helping others and problem solving, a natural knack for sales, and a blend of technical and interpersonal skills.
New hires complete a formal training program to develop extensive product knowledge. This mid-level position is the starting point for building a successful career at RoverPass and in the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industry.
