Estamos buscando un(a) Sales Intelligence and Analytics Chief.
Ubicación: El Salvador
Objetivo de la posición: Encargado de liderar al equipo de analistas que proporcionan visibilidad de la reportería de ventas a las fuerzas comerciales. Responsable de administrar y presupuestar la cuenta de Comisiones para todos los negocios B2C, así como de su cierre financiero. Además, deberá generar y presentar análisis de tendencias e insights de ventas a directores y gerentes.
Principales responsabilidades:
- Administrar los costos de comisiones y asegurar la eficiencia de la inversión.- Asegurar la disponibilidad de información de ventas de transacción y suscripción para la gestión comercial.- Liderar análisis proactivos para identificar riesgos y oportunidades en la gestión comercial.- Proveer soporte operativo para el pago de comisiones relacionadas a ventas.- Velar por la productividad y motivación del equipo de analistas a su cargo (4 analistas + 2 pasantes).- Extraer información de bases de datos SQL, tanto dentro de la empresa como remotamente utilizando VPN.- Garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de cargas de información y procesos administrados en SQL para disponibilizar la información para los negocios.
Requisitos:
- 3 años de experiência liderando procesos de inteligencia de negocios.- Conocimiento de herramientas de análisis como Power BI.- Experiência en la elaboración de metas y esquemas de comisiones de ventas (Deseable).- Manejo avanzado de Excel, SQL.- Inglés Intermedio.
