Regional Retail Customers Success Manager

The EngineeringUK organization seeks a seasoned Regional Retail Customers Success Manager, responsible for driving sustained growth in assigned customer accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent relationship-building skills and commercial acumen to optimize sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
About the Role
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated short and mid-term strategies, accelerating customer-back, consumer-centric programs.
- Partner with customers and bottlers to align on key categories and activation plans, deploying experiential marketing initiatives.
- Analyze customer metrics and performance, adjusting plans and renegotiating activities to achieve business objectives.
- Coordinate with customers and bottlers to implement planned activities, facilitating resolution of operational problems.
- Manage budgets, optimizing marketing funds and investments while tracking and resolving payment issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Sustain growth in assigned customer accounts.
- Ensure timely communication among marketing, bottlers, and customers to guarantee development of agreed-upon scorecards.
- Develop and lead the Annual Customer Plan (ACP) in line with global guidelines and local opportunities.
- Demonstrate thorough understanding of all value chains, strategies, and insights in solutions and alignment across the system.
- Nurture customer willingness to work with the Coca-Cola System.
- Responsible for leading customer marketing processes with the Bottler System in assigned accounts.
Requirements and Qualifications
- 5+ years managing customer relationships within fast-moving consumer goods companies.
- Commercial and operational marketing experience.
- Ability to think from planning to execution.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum
