As a Customer Success Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients across Latin America, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products and services.

You will play a vital role in fostering strong relationships, understanding customer needs, and driving client satisfaction.

1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their business needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
2. Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they are equipped to use our software effectively. Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support.
3. Track client engagement and usage metrics to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Proactively address any concerns or issues.
4. Serve as the voice of the customer internally, providing feedback to product and marketing teams to enhance user experience.
5. Act as a point of escalation for client issues, coordinating with technical support and other departments to resolve concerns promptly.
6. Prepare and present regular reports on client health, satisfaction metrics, and feedback to management.
7. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.

Job Requirements:

1. 2+ years in a customer success, account management, or B2B/B2C sales role, preferably within the technology or software industry.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese highly desirable).
4. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle complex client situations.
5. Familiarity with CRM software and customer success tools.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. Understanding of the technology and software landscape in Latin America is a plus.
